Bluebell walk on the way! |

Spring is officially here —and there’s a great event to help our supporters enjoy it to the full! The annual Bluebell Walk will be taking place on Sunday 27th April in the Chess Valley and it will again see walkers raising funds for the Hospice.
The Bluebell Walk is now one of the most established Hospice fundraising events and has raised in excess of £22,000 for the Hospice in the 12 years since its launch. Community Fundraiser Emma Watson said ‘It’s a fantastic achievement that this event has generated so much money for us. The walk is a great family day out and even dogs are welcome to join in the fun’! Event organiser John Warren of Chorleywood Support Group said “The Chorleywood Support Group has had the pleasure of planning these events for the past 12 years. There have been a variety of routes and this year we will be returning to The Chess Valley probably the loveliest of all’. Visitors to the event are able to make a choice of walking either a 4, 6 or 10 mile course. The event starts at 10am in the Chorleywood Common car park (just off the A404). Further information about this event is available by contacting John Warren on 01923 283536. |
