Hospice launch new Santa Dash event! |

 If you are planning to visit Rickmansworth Aquadrome or Aberford Park in Borehamwood during December you may get a shock.
Around 200 Santas are expected to descend on both Rickmansworth Aquadrome (6th December) and Aberford Park, Borehamwood (13th December) at 11am for a ‘Santa Dash’ in aid of the Peace Hospice.
Hospice Community Fundraiser Nicky Maxwell said ‘This is the first time we’ve organised a Santa Dash and we are expecting a great response. It’s a family event and people are encouraged to walk or run the 1 mile course. Everyone entering will be given a Santa suit complete with white beard! It’s a great way to start celebrating Christmas whilst supporting the Peace Hospice’.
Entry to the event costs £10 for adults and £5 for children, under 3’s are free.
