Job Title: Shop Manager - Chorleywood
Salary: £15,922
Closing Date: 03 August 2012
Details: 30 hours per week
Salary: £15,922 per annum (pro rata from £19,903 for 30 hours per week) plus generous bonus scheme
Reporting to the Head of Trading, you will have overall responsibility for the profitable running of the Chorleywood shop and managing a team of paid staff and volunteers. As the shop will be open six days a week you will be expected to work alternate Saturdays. Good IT skills and previous retail experience, preferably at management level, are essential for the role.
An understanding of charity shops and experience of managing volunteers would be a distinct advantage.
