A series of creative participation projects running in conjunction with peformances of the dance theatre work Soul Play, hosted by Watford Palace Theatre and the Peace Hospice. Events will include creative workshops, post performance discussion, a special event for children and their families from the Stars programme, and a community forum on loss and remembrance.
Creative Participation Workshops. Saturday mornings 6th, 13th and 20th March. 10am - 1pm at Watford Central Library
- Introduction: Imagination and communication
- Contact and shared rhythm
- Movement, breath and story
These workshops are intended as personal development for those involved in bereavement support and palliative care. Stars Celebration Event Thursday 11th March 4.30pm - 6.30pm at Watford Palace Theatre

Soul Play Performances 10th and 11th March at the Watford Palace Theatre 8.00pm
This dance theatre production depicting the intimate contemporary story of one man's personal journey following his mysterious and untimely death. Performances, which last 50 minutes will be followed by a discussion with the Soul Play company and a representative from the Peace Hospice Bereavement Services enabling audience members to share views, issues and responces raised by the production. |
