The Peace Hospice is delighted that, this year, their coffee morning has coincided with English Heritage Week.
The Hospice is sited within the iconic building that was The Peace Memorial Hospital, funded by the people of Watford for the people of Watford and built on the original site of the Watford District Cottage Hospital and officially opened in 1925 by Princess Mary.
The building has long been at the hearts of Watford Residents and this presents us with a golden opportunity to show people around the original building.
Entry will be between 10am – 1pm on Saturday 11th September and visitors will also have the opportunity to sample our normal coffee morning hospitality, view our new Christmas range of merchandise which will be launched that day, browse our stalls and even have a Complementary Therapy taster session.
For more information contact Gill Crowson at The Peace Hospice on 01923 335370 or by Email.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Hospice.
Dates for your Diary: Future Coffee Mornings will be held on Saturday 11th December.
