Hospice Care Week 2012
The Peace Hospice is joining with many other Hospice's across the Country to celebrate 'Hospice Care Week'.
'I am hospice care' is the bold statement which will be bringing to life the theme of community, with over 120 hospices expected to take part.
We have arranged a number of events that you can get involved in:-
