Meet our Fundraising Team
We're here to support you in your fundraising efforts for the Peace Hospice - so please get in touch if you want to discuss anything with us.
Our Fundraising Team, with your support, work hard to try and bring in the £4 million of charitable income needed to run the Peace Hospice each year.
This is our team:-
Tony Feasey
Director of Fundraising
tfeasey@peacehospice.org.uk
01923 330330
I am responsible for preparing and delivering our Fundraising Strategy, ensuring that we maximise the potential of raising the £4 million needed of charitable income to run the Hospice each year.
Darren Beharry
Direct Marketing Manager
dbeharry@peacehospice.org.uk
01923 335372
I aim to build long lasting relationships with our supporters with regular communications and appeals promoting our latest news, events and patient stories here at the Hospice – this inevitably leads to us receiving regular charitable income and public support.
The Hospice is a great place to work and it is wonderful to work for such a great cause. We have a great team here and I enjoy the rewards and challenges each day brings.
Rachel Fowler
Corporate Development Manager
rfowler@peacehospice.org.uk
01923 335348
I am responsible for developing relationships with businesses to drive forward ideas and activities that will help us reach the income we need to run the Hospice each year. I also manage participation in many external activities like the marathons, international challenges and other fundraising activities.
Having come from the Corporate Sector, I am delighted to be working here at the Hospice. It brings a reality to the importance of your own individual contribution and the impact it has on the people and families cared for at the Hospice.

Debby Gibbons
Retail Co-ordinator
dgibbons@peacehospice.org.uk
I support the Trading part of the organisation, providing support to our high street shops and trading activity online.
I've previously worked as a Shop Manager at our Bushey Shop. Trading plays such a vital role in raising money for the Hospice - I know that the work I'm involved in makes a great difference!
Sally-Anne Rafferty
Online Manager
sarafferty@peacehospice.org.uk
I'm responsible for all the fundraising we do online. We have an ebay store, run by a dedicated team of volunteers, where we sell donated goods in the hope that they might make more money on ebay than they would in the shops.
We also have a online shop selling new goods and Hospice branded products and gifts. I am new to the hospice environment, having spent the last 13 years in retail support but I am delighted to now be involved in such a rewarding role within the local community.
Terence Smith
Lottery Manager
tsmith@peacehospice.org.uk
I am responsible for the promotion and management of the Hospice lottery.
I enjoy my role and am motivated by the great cause that is the Peace Hospice. I work with a superb team who share this passion.
Gill Crowson
Community Fundraising Manager
gcrowson@peacehospice.org.uk
I first became involved with the Hospice in 1995 initially as a volunteer holding fundraising events and helping with collections before joining the staff in 1999.
Community Fundraising is a great way for everyone from Schools and Colleges to Religious Organisations, Pubs to Clubs, Round Table, Rotary and Freemasons to Women’s Groups to really get involved in supporting the Hospice. There are so many ways you can help to raise money - coffee mornings, open gardens, bridge drive, bring & buy, race nights, quiz nights - the list is endless and the crazier the idea the more likely to succeed!
Pete Watson
Events Manager
pwatson@peacehospice.org.uk
My responsibilities include organising events such as Strictly Come Hospice, Starlight Walk, Push It For The Peace and plenty of other exciting activities!
Anna Quillin
Trusts Manager
aquillin@peacehospice.org.uk
I am responsible for generating income from charitable trusts and foundations to support the work of the Peace Hospice
The opportunity to develop support from trusts is an exciting challenge. I hope to make a positive impact on fundraising at the Peace Hospice and a difference to the lives of those who use our services.
